Our story
How it began
A borrowed jacket on a cold terrace, two summers of long phone calls, and a question asked on a boat.
2024
Two time zones
He moved for work; she stayed for hers. Two years of calls that started as ten minutes and never once were.
2025
On the water
A slow boat between Bellagio and Varenna, the mountains turning the colour they turn at seven, and a question he had been carrying since the terrace. They are keeping the lake for themselves and marrying at home.

Cold drinks on the terrace, and the city going quiet below.

The ceremony
Under the arch, on the garden side. Please be seated ten minutes before.

Long tables under the wisteria, and one very long toast.

Until the doors close, and then a while after that.
The garden opens an hour before the ceremony — come early and take a seat in the shade.
Dress code
What to wear
Formal, and made for a garden. Long dresses and light suits, in the colours the garden is already wearing. Please leave pure white to the bride.
