Instant, even on bad wifi
The whole guest list is built into the page, so searching happens on the phone itself. Two hundred people can look themselves up at the same moment and nothing slows down.
Your guests scan one QR code, type their name, and see their table straight away — plus who else is sitting with them. No app, no login, no queue at the door.
Available for any wedding — you don't need an invitationJo invitation.
What you get
The whole guest list is built into the page, so searching happens on the phone itself. Two hundred people can look themselves up at the same moment and nothing slows down.
Guests type whichever they know. Spelling variants match too — “Al-Amad”, “Al Amad” and “Alamad” all find the same family, and Arabic works with or without harakat.
Every result shows the other guests seated there, so people find their party instead of finding a number and still standing in the doorway.
Colours and fonts are set to match the invitation, so the lookup page feels like part of the night rather than a utility page bolted on.
The link is unguessable and blocked from search engines. It's a list of your guests' names, and it's treated that way.
If a link ever ends up somewhere it shouldn't, one click replaces it and the old one stops working immediately.
How it works
Four steps, and only the first one is yours.
The Excel file you already keep — names and table numbers. No particular format; we read it as it is and tell you about anything that looks off.
We import it and flag missing tables, duplicate names and blank rows before anything goes live. You confirm the list is right.
Colours and fonts are matched to your wedding, then the page goes live at its own private address.
A high-resolution QR code ready to send to the printer, plus the link itself for WhatsApp groups.
The QR code
We send you a 1024×1024 PNG — sharp enough for a standee, small enough for a place card. Put it wherever your guests will already be looking.
Questions
Not by default — we set it to never expire, because the standee is usually printed weeks ahead and nobody wants a link that dies on a timer. We can set an expiry if you'd rather.
Send us the update and we republish. The same QR code keeps working — the code points at the page, not at a fixed version of the list.
Only to open the page the first time. The list travels inside the page rather than being fetched as they type, which is why it stays fast in a hall full of people on the same network.
No. The address is unguessable, it's blocked from search engines, and there's no directory to browse. Only someone holding the link or the QR code can reach it.
The page tells them to ask a member of the staff rather than leaving them stuck. We also flag misspellings and duplicates to you before it goes live, which is where most of these come from.
No — it's sold on its own and works for any wedding. If you already have an invitation with us, you get it at a better rate.
Find My Table
Send us the date and roughly how many guests, and we'll come back with a price. Already have an invitation with us? Say so — there's a better rate for clients.
