Privacy and storefront analytics

This page explains the public storefront's enquiry and optional analytics behavior. For questions about your order or information you have shared with the studio, contact info@invitation-jo.com.

Your enquiry

The request form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. Unsent details are kept in memory while you browse the storefront; they are not written to browser storage or submitted to a form database. Opening the WhatsApp action hands the draft to WhatsApp; you decide whether to send it. WhatsApp and your device may handle that draft under their own settings and policies.

Activity alerts and approximate location

When a visitor opens the public storefront, the studio may receive an alert with the page, approximate country and region inferred from the network address, broad device type, and referral category. The alert contains no IP address, name, guest link, or form text. A browser-session flag avoids repeated visit alerts. When you open the WhatsApp request action, the studio may receive a separate alert with the service and selected theme; that action does not confirm you sent a WhatsApp message. Country is also used to suggest a display currency. You can change the currency at any time. Management users opt in separately to receive push notifications on their own devices.

Optional Google Analytics

When analytics is configured, Google Analytics loads only after you accept. It measures public pages and controlled actions such as preview opens and request steps. It excludes form text, names, contact details, complete WhatsApp links, private invitations and guest tokens. We send page paths without query strings or fragments and restrict campaign labels to known public campaign codes. Google may process technical connection information as part of receiving those requests.

Preferences and source information

Your analytics choice is saved on this device so we can respect it. Use Analytics preferences in the storefront footer to change your choice. After consent, approved campaign codes and a recognized referral category may be kept for the browser session. The optional discovery-source answer and enquiry reference are included in your WhatsApp draft, helping the studio relate enquiries to confirmed orders. Existing language and currency controls may save their own preferences.

Customer invitations

Storefront analytics is not installed on delivered invitations, guest seating pages or management screens. Their existing functionality remains separate. Avoid sharing personal guest links publicly; contact the studio through the established support channel for an invitation-specific question.
