Planning a corporate invitation and RSVP flow
Make the recipient, event purpose and response instructions clear. Decide what you need to know about attendance before choosing invitation features.
Identify the audience and desired response
An employee event, client reception and partner gathering need different introductions. Explain why the recipient is invited and whether attendance is optional, requested or subject to registration. If a deadline matters for catering or seating, state it clearly. Do not promise registration, ticketing or access control unless those systems are actually part of the event arrangements.
Distinguish an RSVP section from tracked guest links
A design can contain an RSVP section without providing individually tracked invitations. Invitation JO's personal guest links are a separately priced add-on on supported designs. If you need named invitations, seat allowances or a response dashboard, ask for that configuration before selecting the design. The studio will confirm support and the scope in the quote.

Review the full guest journey
Open the approved invitation on a phone, read it in the intended language and follow its response instructions. Verify the venue and arrival time. If you are also organizing assigned seating, discuss Find My Table separately; it provides a table lookup after guests open the seating page, rather than replacing event registration or check-in.
